- For returns made after 4 days but within 14 days of delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit (valid for 14 days).
In-Store Purchases:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
- Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases; eligible refunds will be issued as store credit (valid for 14 days).
Refund Processing Time:
- Please allow 5-14 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Refunds for online purchases will be made to your original payment method, or as store credit for in-store purchases.
